This is done to ensure that tourists receive quality service and are always protected. The institution makes sure that the travel regulations set to govern the agencies are followed. These private agencies are widely utilized by citizens and if they do not offer appropriate services, the tourism sector is bound to fall.

There are selected areas of the state that can attract tourists but have not yet been developed. The organization is supposed to identify these areas, conduct surveys on how they can be developed without excess expenditure. After development, these areas must be well maintained and protected to ensure they keep attracting more and more tourists.

When the organization is being managed well, technical problems are easily dealt with. They include maintenance of the various tourist attractions and services and improvement of infrastructure. There are problems in administering laws and regulations.
