Try Moneybookz To Save Money On Shopping Without Using An App

By Helen Price

It seems like every minute a new software application, or app for short is being advertised as the next big thing to happen in a particular niche. While this may be so, it can be a lot for those who are not much into technology to take in. Although some people simply have their preferences, others like to stick to tradition. For instance, clipping coupons are the way most older people knew how to save money. Although there are some fine apps worth checking out, Moneybookz gives users an option by offering a print version of online and local deals.

There are many advantages to both but one reason why some people like to have a hard copy is portability. No waiting for a connection or wondering if a deal or coupon is still valid. The way some apps are set up, the user may not check in for a couple of days and realize that item they bookmarked is back to its regular price.

Remember, smartphone screens can only hold so much information or maybe the person who designed the mobile page did not think to add an alert feature. Whatever the case, no one wins. The consumer cannot take advantage of deals when they want and the business misses out on potential sales.

The problem with this process is that it does not work for everyone who wants to save money. There are a number of scenarios to consider such as shopping habits, alternate ways for them to enter their information, or if they own a mobile device to install an app. Some of these companies just come up with an idea, an aggressive marketing strategy, and go with the flow until the wheels fall off.

The great thing about print is there is no eye strain. Oftentimes, companies put together mobile apps with little consideration for the user. While the elements may be visible, few take the time to create a program that will allow the user to filter out the things they do not care about.

Back in the day, the weekend newspaper was the main source of coupons to be clipped. Others may have joined a mailing list or received random offers in the mail but the problem was the time it took to look at everything. If a person was fortunate enough to live near a grocer that doubled the coupon face value, the time invested might have been worthy.

While people either love or hate going through the weekend paper for the right coupons, not everyone has the time to spare. This is one thing that some app users hate about the old way is that after a few minutes of looking they may not see anything of use. The happy medium here is a service that sends out deals based on personal interests and needs.

The art of saving money can actually be fun once a person finds a pattern that suits their personality. They may choose a single day of the week to go through everything and store it in places they are most likely to look. While no two methods may be the same with modern couponing apps, a person will feel better when they know they paid less than the regular price for an item or service.
